How To Best Use Your Precision Exams Data & Reporting Tools

Being able to access and use your reporting data is an integral part of utilizing Precision Exams. Use the following reporting guide and call us at 800-470-1215 if you need additional support.  

Reports Tab 

  • ·       Click the Reports Tab
  • ·       Click View to the right of the report you wish to run and select your data parameters
  • ·       Use reports that start with your state’s abbreviation (e.g., TX for Texas)
Reporting
  • Summary Suite Report: Use this report to view student growth and exam performance at various levels of detail.
  • Click More Details or Less Details in the upper-right-hand corner to expand and contract the report
  • Proctor Standard Report: This class-level report is most often used by teachers to view student scores by standard for each test.  This report is used after a pre-assessment to get a baseline of student knowledge, after a mid-term/benchmark assessment to see how students /class is pacing, and as a professional development tool to help refine best practices and teaching strategies by standard
  • Assessment Standards Report: Aggregate test results by program (exam title).  This report is most often used by administrators to view program performance metrics 
  • Details Report: View details about the test (e.g., registered student ID’s, score, percentage, time spent, and exam date, etc.)   
 

Proctor Window (Student Score Report) 

  • ·       Click the aqua Proctor to the right of your test code to enter the proctor window 
  • ·       Click Refresh in the upper left to get the most current data
  • ·       View student performance, cut scores for the exam, and a summary of who earned a certificate in the proctor window
  • ·       Print documents using the drop down option in the upper right corner and select Print
Reporting

Select students by checking the box next to the student’s name

Student Score Report: Student view of performance, including scores by standard

    • Exam Certificate: Creates Career Skills Certificate with industry skills listed on the back.  A PDF document is created Be sure to print both sides of the exam certificate
