How to Proctor a Post-Assessment

Proctoring a Post-Assessment: 

1.  Go to your state landing page to log in

2.  Log in as a Proctor

3.  Click on My Tests tab

4.  Click on Add Test

5.  Enter your Class Name

6.  Select the Period and Term

7.  Click Post-Assessment

8.  Select the Pre-Assessment to link to the Post-Assessment you want to give

9.  Click Next

10. Click Create Test

Tips and Tricks

Tips, Tricks, and Best Practices:

Students will log in using their student ID, district name, and the test code you provide for them.  

Students who were absent during the Pre-Assessment can still take a Post-Assessment. There just won’t be a growth measurement for those students. 

Our teachers initially used a year-end exam to explore alignment of the exams with their course content, and now plan to pre-test at the start of next year to inform instruction.
