We’ve created a testing platform that is simple and easy to use. However, we don’t require you to log in every day, so you may need a quick refresher from time to time…

Here are some valuable tips and tricks to help get you going again:

Access your individual state landing page by going to our website (PrecisionExams.com) and click the Login button at the top of the page. Next, choose your state and follow the appropriate links for Proctor Login or Student Login.

Remember that Proctor Registration is a one-time only process!  If you are having trouble or have forgotten your login or password information, give our support team a call at 800.470.1215.

If you need help Creating a Test Code or Proctoring an Exam, click the links and follow these simple step-by-step tutorials.

When creating a test code, you will have the opportunity to choose which assessment type you will be delivering to your students. The best assessment may be determined by the type of reports that you will want to generate and how the certificates will be issued.

Single Assessment: Certificate available. Used as a stand-alone, mid-term, or retake.

Pre-Assessment: No certificate available. Used as a benchmark to gather background knowledge and to be used in conjunction with the Post-Assessment to generate data for the student growth report.

Post-Assessment: Certificate available. You will only be able to create a Post-Assessment after a Pre-Assessment has been created. If a student did not participate in the Pre-Assessment they can still take the Post-Assessment. They will, however, have a blank score in the Pre-Assessment student growth data.

The Student Guide is a helpful tutorial for your students that includes step-by-step instructions on how to register, log in, and begin testing.

Registering your students only takes a few seconds and can be done right before testing. We can also import a list of your students, but this is not necessary. If you choose to do a student import, you will need to export a file (.csv, .xlsx) with your District Name, Student ID’s, First Names, and Last Names in separate columns. Send the file to support@precisionexams.com. Please note, this method may require 24-48 hours for us to import the data.

Accommodations are available for those students with a 504 or IEP. Modifications to the exam can only be made for those students who require these special accommodations. These accommodations include:

– Additional time added to the exam

– Pausing of the exam to complete over multiple settings.

– Question randomization turned off for the reading of the exam to multiple students.

Please note: we are unable to pause an exam for any student who does not have a specific 504 or IEP. Students are required to complete the exam in a single sitting. Even though a 90-minute window is allotted, most students complete the exams within 35-45 minutes.

Other commonly asked questions can be found by accessing our FAQ page.
