Our mission is to help clients execute more effectively in an increasingly diverse and changing learning environment by offering industry leading assessment administrative, authoring, reporting, and consulting services.
Philosophy
All assessments – from surveys to certifications– share common characteristics; they document and measure the knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, and beliefs of individuals. For that reason, our assessment philosophy is simple, “what gets measured, gets done!” Our solutions focus on measuring the key variables that impact achievement and outcomes, whether on a student, individual, or organizational level.
Approach
While many organizations develop universal assessment solutions – unable to address specific client needs - we prefer to partner with you in order to develop “consultative” tools.
When approaching any project we will:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders during all phases of the project
- Assign the most appropriate consultants—experienced in education, testing, and organizational development - to the project
- Include representation from all relevant groups to maximize the validity of the project
- Follow-up with the consulting services necessary to achieve desired outcomes
